Breakfast had a solid variety and was tasty. The room was a bit noisy during the night, especially with sirens. Happy hour drinks were enjoyable.

Super convenient place with lots of dining options nearby. The room was huge and really comfy, loved having a sofa. Shower pressure was on point too! Breakfast was nice, but it got super crowded. Honestly, the slow wifi was a bummer since I couldn't work in my room. Just gotta head to the lobby for that.

i had the most amazing stay at hyatt place! jessena was incredibly nice and patient, helping make my stay perfect. the location is unbeatable, with so much to do and great restaurants nearby.

We had an amazing time celebrating my hubby's 50th birthday in Chicago at this fabulous hotel. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city's vibrant nightlife with great restaurants and music venues nearby. The room was spacious and comfortable, providing a mini living room area. The staff was incredibly accommodating and friendly, ensuring that we had a fantastic stay. We will definitely be visiting again!
The staff's inability to charge our cards for the night, but this was a minor inconvenience compared to the overall positive experience.

I chose Hyatt Place for its proximity to the Magnificent Mile and attractions like Cloud Gate. To my surprise, the featured amenities, including the thoughtfully sourced food and drinks at The Bar, exceeded my expectations. The complimentary breakfast and happy hour at Ema were delightful bonuses as well.

We were pleased with the great location and the free hot breakfast, which included a variety of delicious options. The view of the Willis Tower from our room on the tenth floor was fantastic. I'll recommend this hotel.

the hotel was super clean and the location was awesome! we walked everywhere and found some great spots. the staff were really friendly and gave us great food recommendations.
